My first pieces (on bodybuilding and women's issues at work) were published while I was still at university, wrote extensively about health, bodybuilding and fitness in the 4 years I promoted the Stars of Tomorrow (one of Britain's most prestigious amateur bodybuilding competitions) and as Principal of a niche business consultancy I developed an understanding of the requirements of high-end corporate life and luxury travel.
